Covered RV storage can be worthwhile if you want reduced direct sun exposure and overhead protection for your RV, especially during long storage periods in Southern Utah's intense summer heat. Uncovered storage may suit owners who use their RV frequently or already use a quality cover.

Measure your RV at its longest, widest, and tallest permanent points, including the hitch, ladders, spare tires, bike racks, air-conditioning units, and any other attached accessories. The advertised RV length usually does not include these attachments.

Yes. Our covered and uncovered parking spaces work well for boats and trailers. Be sure to measure the complete boat-and-trailer length, including the tongue and motor, before selecting a space.

Yes, we offer pull-through spaces in select sizes, including 12×40 pull-through covered spaces with trickle charge. Availability changes, so we recommend checking online or calling the office.

Yes, select covered spaces include trickle-charge power outlets to help maintain your battery. Not every covered space has power, so please confirm availability when reserving.

Storage facilities generally prohibit hazardous, flammable, explosive, illegal, perishable, and living items. At Sunbrook, e-bike charging and lithium batteries are not allowed in storage. Always review your rental agreement for the complete list.

Clean and dry the boat thoroughly, remove food and damp equipment, drain water systems as recommended by the manufacturer, protect upholstery, and use a fitted breathable cover. Follow the manufacturer's battery and fuel-storage instructions.
