However, the actual rental of a storage unit or RV/boat parking space is governed exclusively by the physical or digital Lease Agreement you sign at the time of rental. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and your signed Lease Agreement, the terms of the Lease Agreement shall supersede and control.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Using the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
