Sunbrook Secure Storage maintains a network of more than 75 security cameras positioned across the entire facility. Camera placements provide visual coverage of key operational zones, including:

Camera feeds are routed to a large monitoring display inside the main office, allowing on-site employees to view activity across different sectors of the facility. This visible surveillance helps discourage unauthorized access and provides documented visual records across the property.

Assigned Access Codes Help Control Entry

Rather than using one universal gate code shared by everyone, authorized Sunbrook tenants receive an individually assigned keypad code upon renting. This individualized credential system is central to controlling access across the facility.

Main Front Entrance

The main front doors include keypad access for authorized tenant entry after the office is locked. Tenants arriving to visit their indoor storage units simply enter their assigned code at the wall-mounted keypad to unlock the exterior double doors.

Rear Building Entrance

The rear building entrance also requires an authorized keypad code during controlled-access hours. Whether loading or unloading from the rear staging area, authorized users must enter their assigned code to access the enclosed indoor corridors.

The RV, boat, trailer, and vehicle storage area features a heavy-duty perimeter security gate designated exclusively for authorized tenants. To enter with a motorhome, fifth wheel, or boat trailer, drivers pull up to the drive-up keypad pedestal and enter their assigned credential.

Prominently posted signs notify visitors that the area is Tenants Only — Unauthorized Access Not Permitted, and that security cameras are in continuous use. Controlled gate access adds another significant layer of protection for stored recreational equipment and work vehicles.

This on-site visibility adds an active human component to Sunbrook’s facility-security approach. Customers checking in, purchasing boxes, or renting a U-Haul truck see the security monitoring system operating right from the front counter.
